two years ago, i had access to photoshop and a scanner for one week at this art camp
and omg i made the most shetty stuff everrrr... i even posted it on deviantart under a different account... which I won't give it to you because I would be more embarrassed than if something pulled down my pants in front of the class

I don't know... I've been sketching apples and wine bottles and animals and towers and faces since third or fourth grade...

I have photoshop, a tablet, and a huge arse collection of tutorials in my fave section that I have read XDDD

i think the key is that people should keep trying to step out of their comfort zone and try new things. experiment to see what works. use wacky bright colors or go for something macabre. whatever. it's okay to rest inside the box for a while, but I guess one of the best ways to get better is to keep trying new things and to keep trying to change things and improve
